About BRIX Funding

BRIX was founded by those in the building industry for the building industry. With over 120+ combined years in the construction, building, and finance industries, BRIX executives leverage human expertise and long-term trust to support contractors in the delivery of successful capital projects.

Our journey began as we examined a financial gap in project delivery. GCs and their subcontractors are increasingly expected by clients to bankroll projects; often with no initial deposits to cover labor and materials. This observation sparked the idea for BRIX. We understand the unique challenges between construction and cash flow, so we created a tailored solution that addresses the specific needs of our industry.
